is a sustainable EVENT

We take great care in environmentally friendly activities, including during the organization of our conferences, workshops and trainings or other meetings.

THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT IS BASED ON SUSTAINABLE IDEAS:
  • we base our cooperation with service providers on the principles of the Sustainable Event Rider we have developed;
  • we meet in an accessible, sustainable space of a green building, with access to daylight and greenery, with very good access by public transport;
  • in the organization and management of the event, we take into account economic and social criteria when procuring goods and services;
  • we base the elements of the event on the 3Rs principle:
    • REDUCE: we reduce both the use of items, including, for example, saving energy and other resources, and generating unnecessary expenses,
    • REUSE: reuse, we order reusable, versatile materials,
    • RECYCLE: we order recyclable (recyclable) materials, segregate waste;
  • we reduce promotional gadgets and printing, rely on recycled materials and electronic communication;
  • we organize sustainable catering, without plastic;
  • we promote public transportation access among event participants. 
WE COUNT THE EVENT’S CARBON FOOTPRINT.
WE OFFSET EMISSIONS THROUGH UN OFFSET PROGRAMS, SUPPORTING PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES.
THE STAGE AND CHILLOUT/NETWORKING AREA WILL BE PARTIALLY FURNISHED with furniture prepared in the spirit of upcycling.
